To get fast and accurate feedback, include the following details:
Source files
PDF, IDML, full InDesign packages, Word files or other originals. This helps assess layout complexity and scope.
Target language(s)
Which language or languages the files are for, including any right-to-left languages such as Arabic or Hebrew.
Output format
Print-ready PDFs, editable IDML files, digital PDFs, accessible PDFs or platform-specific formats.
Deadline
Your expected delivery date or time frame. Even a rough estimate helps with planning and prioritisation.
Start with a short project description instead. File type, page count, target languages and deadline are enough for a first assessment of scope and timeline. An NDA can be signed before any files are shared.
